ORDER:
This writ petition has been instituted complaining that the respondents have not been furnishing the information sought for by the petitioner on 12.10.2007. The petitioner sought for the following information:
The Tahsildar has pointed out in his counter affidavit that the records pertaining to Sy No. 445/A2, 445/A3 and 445/A4 of Kodurupadu village, H/o Gudipallipadu, Nellore Mandal, Nellore District, have been traced and extracts of 10(1) Account in respect of above survey numbers for the years 1954-55 and 1975-76 and Adangal extracts have been furnished to the petitioner by way of registered post on 7.7.2010. It is also informed to the petitioner that the extracts pertaining to the B.Memos in respect of Sy. Nos. 445/A2, 445/A3 and 445/A4 of Kodurupadu village, H/o Gudipallipadu, Nellore Mandal, Nellore District for the years 1954-55 and 1975-76 could not be furnished as the connected records are not readily available in
his office. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that as and when the said records are traced, the information sought for by the petitioner in that regard would be furnished.
Having regard to the fact that insofar as the information with regard to items (1) and (2) having already been furnished, no useful purpose would be served in keeping pending this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
