The petitioners seek to have the order of the first respondent dated 29-04-2002 quashed as illegal and arbitrary. The order dated 29-04-2002 was passed by the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District, in a revision petition filed under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattedar Pass Books Act, 1971, by Sri Bathu Pochaiah represented by his legal representatives Smt. Bathu Pochamma and six others. While questioning the said order dated 2904-2002, the petitioners herein, who are the respondents in the proceedings before the Joint Collector, have chosen not to array the seven legal representatives of Sri Bathu Pochaiah (Revision Petitioners before the Joint Collector) though they are necessary parties to these writ proceedings. When the matter came up on 03-02-2011, the matter was adjourned by a week to enable the petitioners to take steps to implead necessary parties as aforementioned. A further week’s time was granted on 10-02-2011 at the request of the petitioners, despite which no such application has been filed even as on date.
