This second appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 08-01-2008 passed in AS.No. 209 of 2005 by the Principal District Judge, Nellore, reversing the judgment and decree dated 27-9-2005 passed in OS.No. 77 of 2003 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nellore.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that on instructions from his client, Sri P.Sreenivasulu, who is the appellant in SA.No. 350 of 2008 seeks permission to withdraw the same.
