O R D E R :
This second appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 08-12-2001 passed in AS.No. 50 of 2001 by the IV Additional District Judge, Kurnool, reversing the judgment and decree dated 11-6-2001 passed in OS.No. 160 of 1999 by the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool.
2. No representation for the appellants even though when the matter is posted today, i.e., 20-7-2011 under the caption “for dismissal”.
3. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
