JUDGMENT:
Heard both sides.
Having regard to the settlement of the dispute between the parties outside the Court and in pursuance of which, an agreement, dated 20.01.2010, has been executed, no further orders are necessary. A copy of the agreement is also filed.
Recording the same, the appeal is dismissed subject to the terms and conditions incorporated in the agreement, dated 20.12.2010. No costs.
