COMMON ORDER:
The petitioner by filing these Revision Petitions seeks to assail the common order, dated 07-08-2008 passed in I.A.Nos.4116 and 4117 of 2007 in O.S.No.186 of 2003 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, which were filed to receive documents and to lead further evidence in view of the amendment, respectively.
The Court below, after taking into account the relevant facts and circumstances, allowed the said Applications. In view of the discretion exercised by the Court below, for which nothing is found fault with, I do not find any merits to interfere with the orders passed by the Court below.
Hence, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No order as to costs.
