ORDER:
This revision is filed by the Judgment Debtor against the order dated 31.10.2011 passed in O.E.P.No.22 of 2010 in O.S.No.378 of 2007 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tirupathi.
When this matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner filed an appeal against the decree and judgment in O.S.No.378 of 2007 and the said appeal was admitted and stay was also granted and therefore, no further orders are necessary in this revision.
Recording the above submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
