CONTEMPT CASE No. 1304 of 2011
ORDER:
The counsel for the petitioners submits that some pages of the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, are missing, and therefore, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the contempt case with liberty to file fresh contempt case.
Permission is accorded and the contempt case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh contempt case.
