ORDER:
This revision petition is directed against the judgment of the learned Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad in R.A. No.171 of 2010, dated 12.8.2010, whereby and whereunder the lower appellate Court allowed the appeal by setting aside the order of the learned I Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad in R.C. No.306 of 2008, dated 26.11.2009.
Today, when the revision was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner had filed an affidavit of even date before this Court wherein the petitioner undertook to vacate the premises in question within a period of five years.
The said affidavit is taken on record. However, the petitioner is granted time till 31.7.2011 to vacate and deliver possession of the petition schedule premises to the respondent.
The revision petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
