ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main suit in O.S.No.227 of 2008 filed by the petitioner/plaintiff is disposed of by the Court below and therefore, the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive and it has become infructuous.
Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
