C.R.P. No. 150 of 2003
Oral order:
This C.R.P. is directed against the order dated 25.11.2002, passed by the I Additional District Judge, Chittoor, in I.A. No. 395 of 2002 in A.S. No. 112 of 2002.
Today when the C.R.P. is taken up, it is submitted that the main appeal has been dismissed on 28.06.2007.
In view of the above, no orders need be passed in the C.R.P., and the same is accordingly dismissed.
