COMMON JUDGMENT:
The complainant, accused and their respective counsel are present. They stated that the matter is compromised, on the complainant agreeing to receive an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) as full and final settlement. Two demand drafts for Rs.76,000/- and cash of Rs.24,000/- are handed over to the complainant by the learned counsel for the accused before this Court.
In view of the compromise between the parties, both the Criminal Revision Cases are dismissed.
