This second appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 23-12-2003 passed in AS.No. 65 of 2001 by the I- Additional District Judge, Kurnool setting aside the judgment and decree dated 22-12-1998 passed in OS.No. 137 of 1992 by the Senior Civil Judge, Adoni, whereby and whereunder the suit filed by the plaintiff for partition and separate possession and also allotment of 1/4th share in the plaint schedule property was dismissed.
