Crl.RC.No. 1471 of 2004 is filed by A-1 against the judgment dated 12-7-2004 passed in Crl.A.No. 69 of 2003 by the VII-Additional Sessions Judge, Nizamabad.
When the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners on four occasions. Today also when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
Therefore, both the Criminal Revision Cases are accordingly dismissed for non—prosecution.
