ORDER:
Petitioners/A-2 to A-5 approached this Court with a prayer to quash the proceedings initiated against them in Crime No.174 of 2011 of P.S. Saidabad, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 3 (1) (x) of SC/ST (POA) Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the de facto complainant has filed the present complaint against the petitioners with all false allegations. He further submitted that there is every possibility of settlement between the parties.
A perusal of the complaint clearly indicates that all the accused are related to each other. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions of the learned counsel, this Court directs the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation without making the arrest of the petitioners.
With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
