THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9393 OF 2011
ORDER:
The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to quash the proceedings initiated against him in Crime No. 98 of 2011 on the file of the Station House Officer, Tenali III Town Police Station, wherein the petitioner was arrayed as Accused No.1 for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 307, 506 and 34 of I.P.C.
Heard.
On a perusal of the records, it is seen that there are certain allegations against the petitioner herein. But at the same time, since the offences arise out of matrimonial disputes, there is every possibility of settlement between the parties in future.
Hence, the investigating officer is directed to complete the investigation of the case without making arrest of the petitioner herein. Further, the petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the investigating officer in completion of the case. He is also directed to appear before the investigating officer, as and when required by him.
The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of.
