ORDER:
The present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.98 of 2011 on the file of Chinthapally Police Station, which was registered on a private complaint filed by the 2nd respondent for the offences under Section 498-A and 426 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
It is represented that the investigation is not yet completed. At this stage, it is very difficult to find that there is no truth in the allegations. But, however, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that A1 was already arrested and released on bail.
Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, while directing the police to proceed with further investigation, in case of arrest of the petitioners, who are A2 to A6, they shall be released on bail on executing a personal bond for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) each with one surety for the likesum each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
