O R D E R :
This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No. 39 of 2009 of Peddamandyam Police Station, Chittoor district in so far as the petitioners are concerned, including stay of all further proceedings and arrest of the petitioners pursuant to registration of the above crime, pending disposal of the quash petition and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. When the matter is listed today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek to withdraw the criminal petition.
3. Permission accorded.
4. Recording the above submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
