ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the proceedings in Crime No.1 of 2010 of Bhimavaram Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences under Section 448, 323, 506 and 34 IPC.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent that in the aforesaid crime, investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed on 25-05-2010 and consequently, the case is numbered as C.C. No.13 of 2010, which is pending trial on the file of the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District.
3. In view of the completion of the investigation, and filing of final report, this matter has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
