In this writ petition, petitioner has questioned the order dated 15.01.2003 passed by the respondentTribunal, vide Memo No.17567/B1/2002.
Petitioner is holder of stage carriage bearing Registration No.AP.02/V-783 covered by permit in P.S.P.No.115/91 to ply on the enclave route from Goverdenepalli to Hindupur. When he made a representation on 04.12.2002 seeking release of the vehicle from the coverage of permit, so as to replace the same with a new one, the same is rejected by the impugned order.
When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned Government Pleader for Transport appearing on behalf of the respondent that pursuant to the interim directions of this Court, petitioner was permitted to replace the vehicle and the grievance of the petitioner is redressed.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of placing on record the aforesaid representation made by the learned Government Pleader for Transport to the effect that the petitioner was permitted to replace the vehicle, on the permit issued to him. No order as to costs.
