ORDER:-
No representation for the petitioner.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor says that charge sheet has been filed in the case and it is registered as C.C.No.468 of 2011 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Srikakulam. In view of this, it can be said that this Criminal Petition, which has been filed for quashing F.I.R., has now become infructuous as charge sheet is filed.
Accordingly, the Criminal petition is dismissed and it shall be open for the petitioner to pursue her remedies against the charge sheet.
