The appellant’s counsel died long ago. In spite of it, the appellant did not take any steps to engage any other advocate to pursue this appeal. The appellant is also absent. This is an appeal against acquittal of A-1 to A-3 relating to offences under Sections 448, 451, 500, 506, 509/34 I.P.C. It appears that the appellant is not interested to pursue this appeal.
2) Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
