Judgment:
The main appeal, itself, was directed to be posted “for dismissal” on 17.8.2011 by order of this court on 9.8.2011. On 17.8.2011 as there was no representation on behalf of the appellant, on condition of the appellant paying Rs.1,000-00 (Rs. One thousand only) towards costs, before the High Court Legal Services Authority, the appeal was directed to be posted on this day. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant. The costs are also not paid. Since the conditional order dated:17.8.2011 is not complied with, the appeal stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
