O R D E R:
This contempt case alleges disobedience to the order dated 06.4.2009 passed by this Court in W.P. No.6953 of 2009. By the said order, the Assistant Registrar of Co-Operative Societies-cum-SubDivisional Co-Operative Officer, Guntur, and the Office Superintendent in charge of Copy Section, Office of the Assistant Registrar of CoOperative Societies-cum-Sub-Divisional Co-Operative Officer, Guntur, the 4th and 5th respondents herein, were directed to issue certified copies of the documents in Claim No.42/2006-07 on the file of the 4th respondent to the petitioners as requisitioned by them within two weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
2. Counters are filed by the 3rd , 4th and 5th respondents in this contempt case. Perusal thereof shows that the order aforestated was
received by the respondents on 09.5.2009. The documents requested by the petitioners in Claim No.42/2006-07 on the file of the 4th respondent were made over to the Divisional Co-Operative Officer, Guntur, the 3rd respondent, and thereafter entrusted to the custody of the 5th respondent. Accordingly certified copies of such documents were said to have been issued to the counsel for the petitioners on 18.5.2009 and the same was acknowledged by the said counsel on 23.5.2009.
3. The aforestated facts demonstrate that the order in W.P. No.6953 of 2009 was duly complied with.
4. The contempt case is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
