ORDER:
Even today, none appears for the petitioner.
2. Learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Dr. Y. Padmavati, learned standing counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation are present. Learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.1. It is pointed out that after the officials of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation have visited the premises of the respondents and instructed no more constructions to be carried out, the orders passed by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation have since been complied with by the unofficial respondents.
3. Sri D. Prakash Reddy, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Rajesam, learned counsel for the fifth and sixth respondents, reiterates that the unofficial respondents are not making any constructions contrary to the directions issued by this Court. Therefore, I presume that the petitioners are no longer interested in prosecuting. Hence, the contempt case is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
