It is represented that pursuant to the interim order dated 13.08.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No. 25352 of 2010 in Writ Petition No. 20005 of 2010, the petitioner has already been engaged as a contract labour and hence, the cause in this Contempt Case does not survive for further adjudication.
Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No costs.
