ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a letter dated 14.02.2011 in the Registry on the instructions of his clients to withdraw the contempt case. Based on the said letter, the learned counsel Sri D. Kondanda Rama Murthy, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the contempt case.
Permission is granted and the contempt case is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
