The Court made the following:
ORDER:
Complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 12.11.2010 passed in WPMP No. 35873 of 2010 in WP No.28129 of 2010, the writ petitioners filed this contempt case.
When the Contempt Case is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the interim order dated 12.11.2010 passed by this court, noncompliance of which is complained in the Contempt Case, had been complied with by the respondents and also produced a copy of the Memo No.Fert II(2)1332/2010 dated 16.4.2011, issued by the first respondent
In view of the compliance of the interim orders, no orders need be passed in the Contempt Case. Consequently, the Contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
