Oral order:
Questioning the action of the respondents in not providing survey number in respect of the land in an extent of Acs.1.08 cents of Togarpally village, Kondapur Mandal, Medak District, allotted vide Patta Certificate No. B/3868/2002, dated 23.08.2002, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
This Court admitted the writ petition, and as no counter was filed directed the Tahsildar, Kondapur Mandal, Medak District, to appear before the Court along with the record, and explain the reasons for not providing survey number to the land of the petitioner.
Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader produced before the Court proceedings dated 11.04.2011 of the Tahsildar, Kondapur Mandal, Medak District, allotting Sy. No. 477 to the land assigned to the petitioner.
In view of allotment of survey number to the land assigned to the petitioner, no further orders need be passed in the writ petition, and the same is accordingly closed. No costs.
