O R D E R :
It is agreed on both sides that the order dated 23.08.2010 in Writ Petition No. 15187 of 2010 passed by this Court which gave rise to the institution of this contempt of Court action has already been complied with.
I therefore, do not consider that this is a fit case for prosecuting the matter any further.
The Contempt Case is therefore, dismissed. No costs.
