Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the Circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed therewith, the Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 2nd respondent to receive the sale deed dated 27.08.2004 for compulsory registration and to issue notices to 4th respondent to admit execution of the same and case of refusal to admit, to return the document with endorsement of refusal to enable the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Registrar, Bhimavaram for dealing with the document in accordance with law.
