This Contempt Case is filed complaining the wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order passed by this court in W.P.No.17202 of 2009, dated 20.08.2009, where under the respondents were directed to consider the representation purported to have been filed by the petitioners on 25-07-2009 and take appropriate action as per law.
There is no necessity of going into all the details of the case. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that in pursuance of the orders passed by this court a panchanama was conducted and boundaries were fixed on the land in question in the presence of the petitioners. In view of the same nothing survives in this contempt case for further adjudication.
Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
