ORDER:
This writ petition has been filed to call for the records from the third respondent-Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad connected with Case No.B7/6859/95, dated 8.02.1999 and quash the same.
When the matter was listed for hearing on 21.10.2010, none appeared for the petitioners. However, Sri Goverdhan Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri C.R. Pratap Reddy, learned counsel for respondents 5 to 7 represented that the dispute between the petitioners and respondents has been settled out of Court and sought time to file a memo to that effect. Accordingly the matter is posted today.
The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that the dispute relating to the property involved in the writ petition was settled out side the Court long back in the year 2000 and no further orders are required in the writ petition. In fact, the writ petition itself has become infructuous as respondent No.2 rejected the revision petition on 6.05.1999. A Xerox copy of the proceedings dated 6.05.1999 stated to have been passed by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad has been enclosed to the said memo.
The memo filed by the learned counsel is placed on record. Based on the said memo, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. ________________ NOUSHAD ALI, J. 22nd October, 2010 Js.
