This writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the National Council For Teacher Education, dated 09.04.2003 rejecting the petitioner’s application for the academic year 2003-04 for B.Ed Course.
As the academic year is expired long back, nothing survives for adjudication and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
