ORDER :
This writ petition is filed seeking a declaration that the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 10.02.2003, whereunder the petitioner was denied admission into MBBS course under Scheduled Tribe quota for the academic year 2002-2003, is arbitrary and illegal.
Though the petitioner sought an interim direction to the respondents to admit the petitioner into the 1st year MBBS course for the academic year 2002-2003 by suspending the impugned order dated 10.02.2003, no such order was granted by this Court.
Having regard to the fact that the academic year stood expired long back and there is no possibility for providing admission to the petitioner at this stage, no adjudication is necessary on merits.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
