ORDER:
The petitioners filed this writ petition aggrieved by the action of the respondents in seeking to demolish their houses constructed in the land in Sy.No.142 and 143 of Kothagudem village and Mandal, within Kothagudem Municipality, without issuing any notice to them and without cancellation of the earlier assignment made in their favour by the 3rd respondent in ROC.No.C.8336/98 dated 13.04.1999.
While admitting the writ petition on 11.01.2005, this Court passed an interim order to the effect that as long as the assignments made in favour of the petitioners are in force and the same have not been cancelled by following due procedure, the petitioners shall not be dispossessed from the land so assigned.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that in view of the interim orders passed on 11.01.2005, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petitioner is closed. However, it is made clear that the respondents, if necessary, may take necessary action against the petitioners only in accordance with the interim order passed on 11.01.2005.
