CONTEMPT CASE No.523 of 2010
ORDER:
This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents herein in complying with the order dated 05.02.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.3039 of 2010 in W.P.No.2275 of 2010, whereunder the respondents 2 and 3 therein were directed to forthwith reinstate the petitioners into service in pursuance of letter No.7407/VIG/2008-3 dated 13.08.2009 issued by the 1st respondent, pending disposal of the writ petition.
There is no necessity of going into all the details.
Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri P.R.Balarami Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondents herein, submits that the petitioner has been reinstated into service and thereby the orders of this Court have been implemented.
In view of the above, nothing survives in this contempt case for further adjudication and the contempt case is liable to be closed.
Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
