This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, particularly a writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the deliberate inaction of respondents 2 to 4 and 6 on the repeated complaints of my mother and myself as unjust, illegal, unconstitutional and quite unbecoming of their position as responsible public servants with a consequent direction to the 1st and 5th respondents herein to enquire into the initiate the necessary disciplinary and legal proceedings against respondents 2 to 4 and against respondent No.6 respectively, for their deliberate dereliction of duties and violations of statutory and constitutional mandates as also direct the 5th respondent herein to resume possession of the municipal quarter No.74/A, Audaiah Nagar, Chasmandi, Secunderabad, pending disposal of all civil disputes over it; award costs to this writ petitioner and pass any such other order.”
Sri P.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, circulated letter dated 08.03.2010 to the Registry, wherein he stated that he was instructed by the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.
In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of main petition as withdrawn, interim order dated 25.06.2009 is vacated and WPMP No.15975 of 2009 is disposed of as infructuous.
