ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by the judgment rendered by this Court on 19.07.2005 in W.P.No.23750 of 2000 and batch.
Following the same, the writ petition is allowed, directing that the respondents shall not recover any amount towards contribution to the National Academy Construction, Hyderabad, from the future bills payable to them. There shall be no orders as to costs.
