ORDER:
It is fairly conceded by the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-AP TRANSCO that the subject matter that arises for consideration in the Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered in Writ Appeal No. 931 of 2007 and batch, dated 05.11.007 and therefore this Writ Petition is liable to be disposed of in terms of the said judgment.
Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction that the power supply restored to the Writ Petitioner shall not be disconnected except through due process of law and if the A.P. TRANSCO wants to disconnect the power supply, they shall pass reasoned order after giving a notice to the writ petitioner. All
other controversies raised by the respective parties are not taken into consideration by this Court and this Court does not want to express any opinion with regard to other controversies between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
