ORAL ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of certiorari to call for the records and to quash the Award dated 6.7.2000 passed in I.D. No.35 of 1997 by the first respondent herein.
Learned counsel on both sides stated that similar batch of writ petitions filed by the A.P. Beverages
Corporation Limited, against the common order made in various Industrial Disputes raised by the workmen, was dismissed on 2.12.2010.
Therefore, this writ petition is also liable to be dismissed in the sense it arises out of the common award passed by the Labour Court. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
