ORAL ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that on the complaint made by him on 16.9.2010, a crime in F.I.R.No.325 of 2010 of P.S. Sultan Bazar was registered, but no steps have been taken thereafter. Taking advantage of the same, the unofficial respondents are threatening the petitioner to dispossess him from the premises at 4-3-352, Bank Street,
Koti, Hyderabad and also threatening with dire consequences. Under those circumstances, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to act upon F.I.R.No.325 of 2010 of Sultan Bazar Police Station and take appropriate steps as required under law. The respondents may also provide security and protection to the petitioner after examining threat perception.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
