ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an application under Order VI Rule 17 of C.P.C. in the suit filed before the trial Court.
Permission is accorded.
The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty to the petitioner to file an application under Order VI Rule 17 of C.P.C. in the suit filed before the trial Court and the trial Court shall dispose of the same on its own merits. No order as to costs.
