WRIT PETITION No : 22429 of 2010
O R D E R:
Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare, upon receipt of instructions, has submitted that a sum of Rs.3,55,850/- has been paid to the writ petitioner, where the State Government has been running the backward classes college girls hostel, Hayathnagar. This amount has been paid representing the rents payable for the period from 14.08.2008 to 13.06.2009. For the balance period, steps are already taken seeking release of a further amount of Rs.7,20,222/-. It is also assured by the learned Government Pleader that as soon as the said money is released, the writ petitioner will be paid the necessary arrears.
In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare, no further orders are needed to be passed for the present.
Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
