Learned Counsel for the writ petitioner has circulated a communication received from the writ petitioner to solicit permission to withdraw the case. The learned Counsel for the writ petitioner requests that if the writ petitioner has still a subsisting grievance, liberty may be preserved for him to re-agitate the question once again.
