ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by the Depot Manager, Jangaon Depot of A.P. State Road Transport Corporation, Warangal District, questioning the order dated 03.03.1997 passed in E.P.No.31 of 1994 in I.D.No.510 of 1987 by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Warangal.
There is no necessity of going into all the details.
The writ petition is dismissed for default against the 1st respondent-workman, as per the Court order dated 27.07.2009. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
