Order:
This writ petition is filed seeking a mandamus declaring the award dated 14-8-1995 made in I.D.No. 80 of 1994 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal (Central), Hyderabad, as arbitrary and illegal.
There is no necessity of going into all the details. The writ petition was dismissed as against the 1st respondent for default as per the court order dated 14-2-2003.
In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same has become infructuous.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
