ORDER:
When this Writ Petition came up for hearing on 30.03.2010, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 represented that the Writ Petition does not survive, since the lease period has been expired in the month of June, 2008. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on that day. Therefore, it was directed to be listed under the caption “for dismissal” on this day. Despite the matter being listed under the caption “for dismissal”, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
