Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents for non supplying of Bamboos to the petitioner's society as per allotment order proceedings of the 3rd respondent vide R.C.NO.6602/2006-L, dt 09-02-2007 for the year 2006-07 containing 128 members and to each member 2000 bamboos per annum and the supply year ends on 30-92007 is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent to supply the bamboos to the petitioner society as per the allotment order R.C.No. 6602/ 2006-L, dt 9-2-2007 before 30-09-2007.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in W.P. and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.VINOD KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of G.P. for Forests, for the respondents, and the Court made the following ORDER

In the meanwhile, the fourth respondent is directed to comply with the orders issued by the third respondent in proceedings, dated 9-2-2007, and ensure that the required supplies are made to the members to the petitioner-society.
