O R D E R:
It is submitted on behalf of Sri P. Gangarami Reddy, learned counsel for the writ petitioner that subsequent to the institution of this Writ Petition, the writ petitioner has since been removed from service as a measure of punishment and he has challenged the correctness of the said order before the appellate authority and the appellate authority is considering his appeal.
In view of the subsequent developments, the cause in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, it is dismissed. No costs.
Consequently, the interim order dated 21.08.2001 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P. No. 21365 of 2001 shall stand automatically vacated.
